In phase 1, we embark on a journey of getting to know each other.
This is where we delve deep into your organization, understanding it on a profound level. We explore your materials, fundraising style, internal stakeholders, challenges and needs, ensuring a solid foundation for our partnership. I speak with executive leadership, additional team members and board members to understand the opportunities and constraints you face.
Here we transition into the outreach phase. I become an embodiment of your organization, speaking your language and aligning with your mission. We build fundraising CRMs, partake in relationship mapping and I uncover prospects from within my networks and yours. We seamlessly integrate into your team and culture, setting the stage for meaningful engagement with funders, investors and capital allocators.
As we progress, we engage in conversations, meetings and refine messaging. You learn best practices in relationship building and pitching. We’re actively connecting with potential partners and stakeholders, creating the vital connections needed for your success.
Several months into our journey, we enter the auditing phase. Here, we assess our progress, identifying where adjustments are needed and anticipating upcoming challenges. It’s a process of continuous improvement. By this time we have made meaningful connections with strong prospects and funding conversations are progressing towards enhanced capital. Or we are discerning what obstacles are impeding growth.
In this phase, we prepare you for what your next steps are to keep the fundraising going. Our engagements are typically 6-12 months equipping you with knowledge, skills, coaching, consulting and ultimately the capital you need to grow, expand, replicate and thrive.
